2007년 6월 CISA 시험결과가 오늘 새벽부터 이메일을 통해서 개별 통지되고 있습니다.
저도 메일함을 확인해보니 'CISA exam result notification' 라는 제목의 메일이 와있더군요.
메일을 여는 순간 긴 영어 문장에 당황했지만
We are pleased to inform you that you successfully PASSED the exam with a total scaled score of 500. A scaled score of 450 or higher is required to pass, which represents the minimum consistent standard of knowledge as established by ISACA's CISA Certification Board. Your official score letter and application for certification will be sent by postal mail.
이런 문단을 바로 찾을 수 있었습니다.
대충 해석해보면 '450점 이상이 합격인데 당신의 점수는 500점이라서 합격이다.' 이런 뜻입니다.
시험친 이후로 두달동안 정말 조마조마 했었는데 이제서야 좀 마음이 놓이는군요.
